Experteer Overview
In this role, you support Kubota’s after-sales service strategy across the Italian dealer network and act as the primary technical liaison with factories. You strengthen dealer performance, guide service teams, and drive continuous improvement to enhance customer satisfaction. You will diagnose and resolve complex issues, deliver technical training, and share field knowledge with the Service Department. This position combines hands‑on technical leadership with dealer network management in a dynamic, international environment. Retribuzione / Benefits
Promote and implement Kubota’s after-sales service strategies across the dealer network Provide technical guidance to Italian dealers and their service teams on the product range Serve as the main interface between dealers and Kubota factories for technical matters and escalations Visit dealers to assess performance, share expertise, and provide on-site support Assist dealers in diagnosing and solving complex technical issues remotely and in the field Collect and report product quality and reliability data, producing statistics for internal stakeholders Monitor service activities and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to boost customer satisfaction Collaborate with Service Department colleagues to share knowledge and best practices Deliver technical training sessions and support the development of dealer service staff competence Responsabilità
Technical background in Mechanical, Electrical, Hydraulic, or Construction Equipment Engineering Strong knowledge and hands‑on experience with electrical and hydraulic systems; earthmoving/construction machinery experience preferred Experience in a similar after‑sales, technical support, or service management role Proven track record in dealer support and dealer network management Fluent in Italian and English (written and spoken) Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Strong communication, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills Team‑oriented with cross‑department collaboration Willingness to share technical knowledge; training delivery experience is a plus Willingness to travel frequently within Italy and occasionally across Europe, including extended trips Requisiti fondamentali #J-18808-Ljbffr
