Area Sales Representative PAB - Italy

Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and grow the dealer and distribution network in your region (Italy + Balkan)
• Identify, acquire, and onboard new partners and customers
• Drive and close sales opportunities in collaboration with partners and key end customers
• Conduct customer visits, presentations, demos, and represent the company at trade fairs and events
• Prepare quotations and support tenders and bid strategies
• Maintain and document all sales activities in the CRM system and ensure accurate forecasting and reporting
• Collaborate closely with Marketing, Service, SCM, and Product Management
• Monitor market trends and competitors to derive growth and pricing strategies

Your profile

• 3–5 years of experience in B2B sales, ideally in capital goods, machinery, or industrial solutions
• Proven experience in channel sales with dealers and distributors
• Excellent Italian and English skills, both written and spoken (additional languages are a plus)
• Strong MS Office skills and experience with CRM systems (preferably Zoho)
• Excellent communication, presentation, and closing skills
• Structured, independent, and results‑oriented working style
• High willingness to travel within the region (approx. 40–60%)
• Team player with the ability to collaborate across functions
