Role Description

HENDI is seeking an experienced and results-driven Area Sales Manager for Central Italy, based in the Greater Rome Metropolitan Area. This hybrid, full-time position allows flexibility to work both in the field and remotely. The role involves building and maintaining strong client relationships with existing and potential customers, developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve growth targets, negotiating and closing sales agreements, and providing exceptional customer service. The Area Sales Manager will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer needs are met and market opportunities are maximized.


Qualifications

  • Sales and negotiation skills, with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
  • Strong relationship-building and client management abilities
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written
  • Experience in market analysis, sales planning, and implementing effective sales strategies
  • Proficiency with CRM software and other sales reporting tools
  • Basic understanding of the food service or gastronomy industry is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a hybrid work environment
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within Central Italy
  • Fluency in Italian and English; additional languages are an asset
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
