Your Future Role
- Manage and develop the assigned sales area, ensuring business growth and market coverage.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers and identify new business opportunities.
- Promote Innomotics products and solutions, with a focus on electric motors, drives, and related applications.
- Prepare and follow up commercial opportunities in cooperation with internal technical and quotation teams.
- Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities within the assigned territory.
- Support negotiations and commercial discussions with customers and partners.
- Ensure achievement of sales targets, order intake, and revenue objectives for the assigned area.
- Act as the main commercial point of contact for customers in the territory.
- Collaborate with internal functions such as Quotation, Project Management, and Service to ensure effective business execution.
- Manage and coordinate the sales agents operating within the assigned area, ensuring alignment with commercial priorities, market coverage, and business development objectives.
Your Profile
- Experience: 3–7 years of sales experience, preferably in electric motors, drives, or industrial automation.
- Commercial Expertise: Proven experience in customer management, business development, and sales activities in an industrial B2B environment.
- Market Knowledge: Good understanding of industrial applications, customer needs, and commercial dynamics.
- Relationship Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building capabilities.
- Customer Orientation: Proactive and results‑driven approach, with strong focus on customer satisfaction and business development.
- Languages: Fluency in Italian and good command of English; German proficiency is an asset.
- Travel Availability: Willingness to travel regularly within the assigned area and occasionally at national level.
- Driving License: Valid driving license required.
