For the Italian Subsidiary of a leading industrial multinational Group, we are looking for the

He/she will be responsible for leading and overseeing all Sales aspects relative to the products and solutions for Air Filtration in the Italian market and in defined Export countries

Main Activities and Key Responsibilities:

With an entrepreneurial approach, drive customer satisfaction, market share expansion, revenue and profitability growth

Develop and implement local strategies for the Market segment, in line with the EMEA Regional Manager and the Italian Head of Sales, including product portfolio management, pricing strategy, alliances, cooperation and geographic expansion

Pursue active generation of new customers, applications and business

Make constant visits to existing and new customers in order to build strong relationships, with daily use of CRM for visit reporting

Monitor industry trends, market dynamics and customer needs, to anticipate changes and to develop appropriate strategies

Collaborate with the Engineering teams in order to drive innovation.

Key Requirements, Experience and Knowledge:

Strong technical background (Degree in Engineering is preferred)

Proven 3+ years’ experience in a Sales role/team, preferably in Multinational companies

In-depth knowledge of industrial Air Filtration and market dynamics, familiarity with industry regulations and quality standards

Strong communication skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate with internal and external stakeholders

Hands‑on mentality with strong business acumen, entrepreneurial mindset and problem‑solving abilities.

Ability to develop and execute business strategies to achieve short and long‑term goals

Open‑mindful and positive approach with customers

Willingness to travel regionally and internationally as required

Excellent Italian and English language skills.

The position is based in Milan.

Gross annual salary is in the range of 50.000 – 55.000 euro fixed, plus 10% variable.

A company car will be provided.
