Area Sales Manager Northern Italy
As the Area Sales Manager for Italy, you will play a key role in driving Lynk & Co’s growth and performance across the market. Based in Bologna, you will work closely with our nationwide dealer network to drive sales performance and elevate the customer experience across in the northern part of Italy.
From shaping sales strategies and leading market initiatives to analyzing performance and identifying new opportunities, your work will have a direct impact on how Lynk & Co continues to grow and succeed in the market.

What you’ll do
- Develop and implement monthly, quarterly, and annual sales plans aligned with company objectives
- Lead market meetings, promotional activities, and dealer training to drive performance and achieve targets
- Monitor and analyze regional performance, conduct reviews, and implement improvement actionsOversee customer satisfaction initiatives across new and used car operations
- Provide regular reports and insights to the Commercial Director, highlighting performance trends and growth opportunities
- Ensure consistent growth and customer satisfaction across all regions of the Italy
What you should have
- University degree and proven experience in automotive sales or a related commercial field
- Strong industry knowledge and proven business development skills
- Fluency in Italian and English
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills
- Strong analytical and data-driven approach to decision-making
