AREA SALES MANAGER
Region: DACH & Eastern Europe
Unopiù is a leading Italian brand in the design and distribution of high-end outdoor furniture, recognized internationally for its distinctive heritage and design-driven approach.
For over forty years, the company has envisioned outdoor spaces as a natural extension of the home, combining elegance, functionality, and long-lasting quality.
To further strengthen its international presence, Unopiù is looking for an Area Sales Manager to develop and manage the DACH and Eastern Europe markets.
Key Responsibilities
Reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer, the Area Sales Manager will be responsible for:
• Developing business in the assigned markets, acquiring new clients and maintaining and strengthening existing relationships with agents and dealers
• Designing and implementing annual operational plans in line with the company’s strategy
• Achieving assigned sales, profitability, and brand positioning targets
• Managing and coordinating the local sales network (agents and partners)
• Monitoring market trends, competitors, and new business opportunities across the B2B channel
• Acting as a brand ambassador, ensuring consistency, prestige, and excellence in all relationships
Ideal Candidate Profile
• Proven commercial experience gained in structured and modern organizations, preferably within the design, furniture, or luxury sectors
• Strong knowledge of the DACH and Eastern European markets
• Strong business development mindset and long-term relationship management skills
• Excellent relational, negotiation, planning, and organizational skills
• High level of credibility and strong strategy execution capabilities
• Willingness to travel extensively across the assigned region
• Fluent English is mandatory; German and/or other regional languages are a strong plus
Location
The position can be based in Italy or abroad, depending on the candidate’s profile and market coverage.
Compensation and benefits will be aligned with the candidate’s experience and seniority.
