Job Summary The Sales Area Manager Distribution for the Distribution division is responsible for business development, customer management, and technical-commercial support for Distributors clients within the assigned geographical area. The role involves promoting and selling industrial drying and process cooling solutions, ensuring sales targets are met, customer satisfaction is achieved, and the company is strategically positioned in the market.
Responsibilities
Manage and develop the Distributors customer portfolio in the assigned area.
Identify new business opportunities and strategic partnerships.
Support customers in selecting and integrating Dryer and Chiller solutions into their systems.
Collaborate with the technical team to ensure proper project implementation.
Monitor sales performance and prepare periodic reports.
Attend trade shows, events, and customer meetings to promote products and strengthen relationships.
Coordinate with the Sales Manager Distribution to define commercial strategies.
Basic Qualifications
Degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or related fields (preferred).
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in commercial roles within the compressed air and process cooling sector, preferably in distribution environments.
Travel & Work Arrangements/Requirements
Flexible working, travel in the assigned Territory
Key Competencies
Solid knowledge of air treatment and process cooling management with ability to support and train Distributors in the field.
Good command of English (additional languages are a plus)
Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and customer management skills.
Results-oriented and able to work independently.
Willingness to travel frequently, both nationally and internationally
Sales Force knowledge
