Sales Responsibilities
- Prospect new markets and identify potential customers.
- Participate in regional, national, and international industry congresses.
- Produce regular commercial reporting within Salesforce, including meetings, demos, visits, conferences, and training activities.
- Maintain and update all opportunities within the CRM system.
- Drive sales growth for the company's products and services within the assigned area.
- Analyse and anticipate customer needs to support tailored commercial actions.
- Organize and manage commercial projects in coordination with the sales department.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships and synergies with local pharmaceutical partners, strategic accounts, patient associations, and institutional stakeholders.
- Meet annual sales targets.
- Manage tender processes.
- Support Market Access initiatives.
- Contribute to the development of new product lines in the assigned market segment.
Training Responsibilities
- Organize and deliver product training activities, including installation and user onboarding.
Competenze ed esperienza
Preferred residence in Lazio or Campania.
Technical Skills
- Mastery of Salesforce CRM
- Strong understanding of Italian business behaviours and market specifics
- Solid knowledge of market trends
- Fluency in English and Italian
Education
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare, business, marketing, or a related field
