Area Sales Manager

Solutions Driven is supporting an international client to seek their experience Area Sales Manager.

A motivated Area Sales Manager/Service Sales to support the development of offers for engineered cooling towers/systems. The successful candidate will utilize proprietary tools and undergo training to conduct plant inspections, identify improvement opportunities, and facilitate aftersales support, including revamping and spare parts orders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Utilize proprietary tools to assist in developing tailored offers for engineered cooling solutions.
• Conduct plant inspections to identify areas for improvement and corrective actions.
• Support the acquisition of revamping and spare parts orders through effective communication with clients.
• Provide general aftersales support to enhance customer satisfaction.

Candidate Profile:

• Degree in mechanical/energy/aerospace engineering or related disciplines.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience within the same role; coming from cooling systems would be a nice to have but experience in relevant to sectors such industrial macheniry is encourage to apply.
• Fluent in spoken and written English and Italian.
• Excellent problem-solving, negotiation, and results-oriented skills.
