The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for the successful market & business development of the company’s products and services mainly in Italy and EMEA.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute plans to maintain & grow profitable sales, forecasts, opportunity identification
  • Further development of the customer base in line with the strategic plan for the business
  • Identify new business and product opportunities
  • Management and servicing of the existing customer base
  • Build and strengthen customer relationship and loyalty
  • Establish strategic relationship within all functional areas at customer
  • Liaise with technical and manufacturing people at both internal and external customers
  • Maintain knowledge of competitors ‘activities in marketplace, develop and implement strategies to counter such activities.


Qualifications


  • Good engineering analytic skills
  • Must have a proven track record of sales growth
  • Strong knowledge of the process industry, preferable from the Textile, Tannery or the corrugating industry
  • Risk Assessment Proficiency.
  • Fluent in Italian and English.
