The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for the successful market & business development of the company’s products and services mainly in Italy and EMEA.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute plans to maintain & grow profitable sales, forecasts, opportunity identification
- Further development of the customer base in line with the strategic plan for the business
- Identify new business and product opportunities
- Management and servicing of the existing customer base
- Build and strengthen customer relationship and loyalty
- Establish strategic relationship within all functional areas at customer
- Liaise with technical and manufacturing people at both internal and external customers
- Maintain knowledge of competitors ‘activities in marketplace, develop and implement strategies to counter such activities.
Qualifications
- Good engineering analytic skills
- Must have a proven track record of sales growth
- Strong knowledge of the process industry, preferable from the Textile, Tannery or the corrugating industry
- Risk Assessment Proficiency.
- Fluent in Italian and English.
