We are currently seeking an Area Manager – Speciality Retail (Central Italian Territory) to join our Global Sales Department . This strategic role will be responsible for leading the development of the Specialty channel within the assigned territory.
AREA MANAGER SPECIALTY RETAIL - CENTRAL ITALIAN TERRITORY
(Lazio, Campania, Abruzzo, Marche, Molise, Toscana, Sardegna)
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate, support, and develop a network of multi-mandate sales agents , promoting a consultative, quality-driven approach.
Conduct regular field coaching and joint visits to enhance sales effectiveness and execution.
Manage and grow key/direct accounts , ensuring a premium level of service and long-term relationships.
Identify new business opportunities and expand distribution within the Specialty channel.
Manage the area budget in compliance with corporate guidelines.
Achieve revenue, product mix, and margin targets .
Analyze data, KPIs, and market trends , proposing corrective actions and development plans.
Collaborate closely with Marketing, Trade Marketing, Supply Chain, and central functions .
Requirements:
3–5 years of experience in sales roles within the coffee, food & beverage, or premium goods industries.
Proven experience in managing networks of multi-mandate sales agents .
Strong knowledge of sales, negotiation, and customer management techniques .
Excellent analytical skills with solid experience in using commercial KPIs.
Collaborative leadership style , strong results orientation, and excellent organizational skills.
