- North East Italy to join the Sales Team at Bolton Food.How you make the differenceAs a Sell-Out Area Manager, you will lead the North East sell-out team, coordinating Sales Marketing Representatives (SMR) and monitoring key KPIs to ensure excellent in-store execution.
You will support the team in achieving ambitious sell-out targets while strengthening relationships with retail partners.How your agenda looks likeLead, coach and coordinate the SMR Sell-Out team, ensuring alignment with company priorities and targetsMonitor and analyse sell-out performance and KPIs, identifying opportunities and defining action plansConduct regular field and store visits with the team, providing on-the-job coachingEnsure excellent in-store execution, including visibility, promotions, assortment and display complianceSupport commercial and trade marketing initiatives in collaboration with internal stakeholdersProvide regular feedback and coaching to foster team growth and accountabilityBuild and maintain strong relationships with key retail partnersReport on results and market insights to the Sell-Out ManagerYour teamYou will report to the Sell-Out Manager and lead the North East SMR Sell-Out team, acting as a key point for coordination, performance management, and field execution, while collaborating closely with Sales, Trade Marketing, and Marketing departments.What makes you a great fitEducation: Master's Degree in Economics, Marketing, Business Administration, or related fieldsExperience: 3-5 years in sales, preferably FMCG, with some team coordination or people management experienceMobility: Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned xdwybme areaLanguage: Italian required; English proficiency essentialStrong leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to motivate and develop teamsAbility to analyse data, monitor KPIs, and drive performance improvementExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsStrong organizational skills with a results-oriented mindsetWhat's in for youWork location: North-East Italy, preferably Bologna or ParmaContract type: PermanentWorking hours: Full-time, standard business hours with possibility of remote workBoltonFoodTE Disponibilita oraria: Full Time
