  • Recruit, train, and manage store managers, building an efficient and results-driven regional operations team.

  • Handle major customer complaints and emergency incidents; collect frontline feedback and participate in strategy refinement.

Job Requirements :

  • Education : Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Business Administration, Marketing, Retail Management, or related fields.
  • Experience : Minimum 5 years of operational management experience in the retail industry, including at least 2 years in a regional management role.
  • Industry Background : Familiar with retail operations in sectors such as FMCG, fashion, 3C electronics, beauty, or household products.
  • Analytical Skills : Strong data analysis skills with the ability to drive decision-making based on performance metrics.
  • Leadership : Proven leadership, organizational, and team-building capabilities.
  • Result-Oriented : Highly goal-driven, resilient under pressure, and capable of executing in a fast-paced environment.
  • Travel Requirements : Willingness to travel frequently within the region or take on site-based management.
  • Technical Skills : Proficient in office software and retail systems such as ERP, CRM, and POS.
