About the Job

We are the exclusive authorized distributor of OPPO in Italy and we are seeking an experienced and goal-oriented Area Manager to lead regional sales performance, channel operations, and team management in the North-Eastern area.

You will work closely with retail partners and frontline teams to drive sell-out growth, elevate brand presence, and deliver an excellent consumer experience.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Retail Management

-Set and cascade monthly sell-out targets across stores and field teams; secure achievement.

-Oversee daily store operations; improve conversion and in-store experience.

-Ensure consistent brand execution: merchandising/display, pricing discipline, inventory health, and promo compliance.

-Analyze sales data and implement actionable retail optimization plans.

Dealers&Customers Management

-Maintain strong relationships with regional sub-accounts; drive growth and satisfaction.

-Plan and execute joint marketing activities; secure resources and opportunities.

-Develop coverage strategies for small/medium accounts to extend market reach.

Team Management & Development

- Set goals, run performance reviews and incentives; strengthen execution and cohesion.

-Conduct regular meetings and trainings to align brand strategy and sales policies.

Market Analysis & Strategy Execution

-Track local market dynamics, competitor activities, and consumer behavior.

-Identify growth opportunities; design regional plans and action roadmaps.

-Monitor results and continuously optimize tactics and resource allocation.

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Project Execution

-Coordinate with Marketing, Retail, GTM, and Sales for new product launches and campaigns.

-Lead execution and post-mortem reviews of regional sales/retail projects to boost brand impact and new-product sell-out.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in consumer electronics or FMCG regional management/sales.
  • Solid understanding of retail operations.
  • Strong data analytics, strategic thinking, and execution drive.
  • Proven team leadership: performance management, motivation, and people development.
  • Bachelor’s degree or above;
  • Willing to travel and comfortable with flexible schedules.
