Responsibilities
Lead, train, and develop a team of Pharmacy Account Specialists, supporting them in achieving company objectives with a particular focus on sales and the implementation of marketing campaigns.
Conduct regular field coaching and joint calls to assess performance, develop skills, and provide constructive feedback.
Set clear goals for each team member and monitor performance against KPIs and behavioral standards.
Oversee the pharmacy order collection process, ensuring high standards of accuracy, alignment with promotional priorities, and compliance with internal and external regulations.
Drive sell-out performance and monitor pharmacy stock levels, identifying corrective actions when necessary.
Provide accurate commercial planning in terms of sales forecasts, in close collaboration with Finance and Supply Chain teams.
Manage and strengthen relationships with pharmacies and key accounts, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.
Constantly promote a culture of ethics, transparency, and individual accountability within the team.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, Life Sciences or a related field.
Proven experience in sales within the Pharmacy, Retail, Consumer Health or Pharmaceutical sectors.
Previous experience in leading, coaching and developing field sales teams.
Strong knowledge of pharmacy channel dynamics, commercial negotiations and customer relationship management.
Experience in sales forecasting, territory planning and KPI management.
Experience in launching and implementing commercial and marketing initiatives.
Ability to understand and adapt to changing market dynamics and competitive environments.
Fluent Italian and good command of English, both written and spoken.
Compensation Structure & Criteria Sandoz compensation is determined by job level, qualifications, niche skills, experience, and location within company salary ranges. Fully proficient and highly effective employees can expect a starting salary around market median, with those new to the level or with less functional depth at the lower end of the range and those with sustained superior or niche skills towards the higher end of the range. Internal equity and external market data inform our range placement. Annual salary reviews consider performance outcomes, market alignment, and business needs.

Starting pay range: €52,000 - €97,000
Pay frequency: Monthly
Expected weekly working hours: 40 hours
