We are currently looking for an Area Manager for our Italian subsidiary, who will be responsible for leading and developing the commercial team across the assigned territory, driving sales performance and ensuring sustainable and continuous business growth in the Italian market.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve sales targets and ensure the accomplishment of commercial KPIs.
- Lead, motivate and develop the sales team through close and effective leadership.
- Apply Value-Added Selling techniques to maximize business opportunities and profitability.
- Develop and execute commercial action plans aligned with the global strategy.
- Adapt and implement corporate strategies to meet the specific needs of the Italian local market.
- Identify new key clients and develop strategic commercial relationships.
- Build and manage strong relationships with multiple stakeholders (clients, agents, partners and internal teams).
- Coach and support the team in achieving individual targets and managing their daily commercial activities.
- Analyze performance results and set strategic priorities to ensure continuous growth.
- Stay up to date with trends and developments in the professional cosmetics industry.
- Communicate effectively within an international environment and collaborate closely with Country Manager.
Requirements
- Previous experience as an Area Manager or in a commercial leadership role.
- Proven track record in sales team management and business development.
- Strong results-oriented mindset and analytical skills.
- Demonstrated leadership, coaching and people development capabilities.
- Experience in the cosmetics, professional aesthetics or related sector is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- High level of English for interaction in an international environment.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
