The Role
We are strengthening our presence in Italy and looking for an Area Development Manager based in Bologna to coordinate and develop activities across the Emilia-Romagna territory.
What you'll do
- Coordinate and manage a field team across Emilia-Romagna
- Collect and report market information and territorial analysis to HQ
- Build and maintain relationships with local stakeholders and business communities
- Ensure brand consistency across all local activities
What we're looking for
- Experience in field team management, sales and marketing
- Background in fintech, payments, or financial services is a plus
- Strong leadership and people development skills
- Good knowledge of the local business landscape
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Based in Bologna or Emilia-Romagna
- Italian speaking; and a good knowledge of English is a plus
