LAND Italia is looking for a passionate Architect or Landscape Architect with 4-5 years of experience, fluent in both Italian and English, to join our innovative team in the heart of Milan.

The selected candidate will work on designing innovative and sustainable landscapes. This includes collaborating on international projects at territorial and urban scales, preparing technical and conceptual designs, and contributing to reporting and documentation. Applicants must demonstrate a strong passion for landscape design, excellent problem-solving skills, and a commitment to creativity and sustainability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conceptualise and design landscapes at both territorial and urban scales.
• Contribute to technical and detailed design processes.
• Manage project timelines and ensure the successful delivery of key milestones.
• Manage a team of professionals ensuring project’s deliveries.
• Prepare reports and project documentation with clarity and precision.
• Collaborate effectively in international and multidisciplinary teams.

What We Need From You:

• A degree in Landscape Design or Architecture with a Master’s focus on Landscape or Architecture or Urban Design.
• 4-5 years of international experience in Landscape Architecture or Architecture.
• Proficiency in conceptual and technical design.
• Proficiency in using advanced tools such as AutoCAD, Adobe Suite, GIS, and Autodesk Revit.
• Strong project management skills, including the ability to prioritize and multitask.
• Strong communication skills in both written and spoken English and Italian.
• Familiarity with reporting and document preparation.
• Leadership, teamwork, and exceptional time-management skills.
