Architect & Business Developer - Intern

Job Overview

We are looking for an Architect & Business Developer Intern to support our Business Development team and Top Management in creating high-impact pitches, proposals, and strategic technical-commercial documents.

Based in Rome, this role will assist the Business Development, Engineering, Pre-Construction, and Operations teams, helping to translate complex architectural and technical information into clear, well-structured, and value-driven proposals for clients, tenders, and strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

• Support Business Development team and Top Management in preparing pitches, presentations, and proposal documents for clients, tenders, and strategic partnerships
• Translate complex technical inputs into clear, structured, and value-driven content for bids and client communications
• Contribute to pitch narratives, project highlights, execution approaches, and preliminary construction strategies
• Support opportunity assessments, including scope definition, risks, strengths, benchmarks, and case studies
• Coordinate inputs, timelines, and standards across Business Development and technical teams
• Conduct market research and participate in relevant industry events
• Participation in events and conferences
• Communication with architectural firms

Requirements

• Degree in Architecture or Engineering
• Strong interest in business development and technical - commercial roles
• Good analytical, synthesis, and written communication skills
• Excellent command of English
• Motivated to work in a dynamic, international environment
