Architect BIM Specialist

We are looking for a skilled architect with at least 2 years of experience in Technical Design and BIM (Revit software).

The ideal candidate has strong design sk

ills and solid technical knowledge, with a clear understanding of the OBR design approach. The selected applicant will be involved in experimental projects across different design phases and will actively contribute to problem-solving and teamwork with OBR partners, the design team, multidisciplinary consultants, contractors, and clients.

Requirements and abilities:

• At least 2 years of professional experience using Revit in a collaborative BIM environment;
• BIM Specialist certification is considered a plus;
• Self-starter with a confident and proactive attitude;
• Excellent communication skills;
• Tenacious mindset combined with strong teamwork abilities;
• Independent thinker with good listening skills;
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and maintain an overall project overview;
• Problem-solving attitude and resilience;
• Excellent time management skills and ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines;
• Positive approach in transforming constraints and issues into design opportunities;
• High level of precision, with strong attention to written and graphic details;
• Highly confidential and reliable.
