Our team is young, proactive, and dedicated to driving measurable growth. We're looking for an ambitious Appointment Setter to join our energetic, fully remote team.

The Role

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Appointment Setter to be the first point of contact for prospective B2B clients. Your primary responsibility will be to schedule qualified appointments for our sales team by leveraging our proven outreach strategies. This role is crucial for our sales pipeline and requires excellent communication skills and a persistent, positive attitude.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute B2B outreach campaigns primarily through LinkedIn and Email OR Cold Calling.
  • Engage prospects to understand their business needs and identify growth opportunities.
  • Clearly and compellingly articulate the value of our lead generation services.
  • Schedule qualified appointments and discovery calls for our Closers.
  • Maintain accurate records of all activities, including CRM enrichment to ensure data quality.

Tools We Use

You will become proficient with industry-leading sales and marketing tools, including:

  • CRM: HubSpot
  • Sales Engagement: Apollo.io, Instantly.ai, Lemlist, Instantly, Heyreach
  • Data & Enrichment: Clay, LinkedIn Sales Navigator

Compensation: Performance-Based With No Limits

We believe in rewarding performance. This role offers a highly competitive, commission-only structure designed to give you control over your income.

Commission: You will earn 25% of the first month's payment from every new client you generate.

Expected Earnings: On-target earnings are between $2,500 - $5,000+ per month.

No Cap: Your earning potential is uncapped. The more qualified appointments you set that lead to closed deals, the more you earn.

Who We're Looking For

  • A proactive, hungry, and result-oriented self-starter with a true go-getter mindset.

  • Highly organized with exceptional time management skills.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Previous experience in B2B sales, lead generation, or appointment setting is a plus, but not required.
  • Must be able to work full-time hours in the EST (New York) time zone.
