Role Description

This role is designed for professionals who want to work at the frontier of applied AI and business transformation. As an Applied AI Specialist , you will act as the bridge between AI-powered systems and the organizations adopting them, helping transform how they operate.

You enjoy working directly with clients, engaging in consultative discussions, and translating business objectives into practical AI-powered solutions. You understand how to adapt AI tools to each organization’s needs using prompt engineering, configuration, and workflow design.

Rather than relying on traditional coding, you will configure systems using AI tools and prompt-based workflows. Through natural language interaction with AI agents, you will design data transformations, automation rules, and operational workflows tailored to each client’s environment.

A key priority of this role will be contributing to the development of Marte’s commerce module , helping rethink how online sales systems operate by leveraging AI to redesign product data management, digital merchandising, pricing logic, and omnichannel distribution strategies.

Beyond implementation, you will also play a strategic role: helping organizations unlock business value while bringing insights from the field that contribute to the evolution of AI solutions and tools.

This role goes far beyond deployment: you will help define how AI-powered systems are adopted and scaled inside real organizations.
