Job Description:

As Application Team Lead, you will lead a multinational team of Application Managers responsible for maximizing business value by implementing priorities effectively.

How you'll make an impact

• Responsible for strategy and operations of applications for the business unit, HR management of the team, and associated budgets.
• Lead service and project teams.
• Ensure the team is properly organized, staffed, skilled, and directed, with strategic organizational development.
• Guide, motivate, and develop direct subordinates within HR policies for mutual benefit.
• Implement agile development setups.
• Establish stable end-to-end service delivery for globally used applications according to ITIL4.
• Support IT implementation projects.
• Create governance setups and conduct service/project reviews per global standards.
• Manage contracts with external vendors and perform activities required by internal controls, especially for ICoFR-relevant applications.

Your background

• 7-10 years of relevant experience, preferably in global companies.
• Over 3 years managing third-party providers on a global scale.
• Understanding of software development lifecycles.
• Ability to communicate complex technical information clearly to stakeholders.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Fluency in English, both written and oral.
