The opportunity:
Application Specialist (1st Line) provides operational, application and quality control support to customers across the South region of Italy (including Sicily). Responsibilities include user training, troubleshooting, system installations and quality‑related activities. The role may involve non‑complex projects in other parts of Italy and requires a structured, well‑considered approach.
Qualifications:
- Relevant degree in Laboratory Sciences or equivalent background.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in histopathology.
- Strong training and communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities.
- Hands‑on, practical mentality with high customer focus.
- Ability to work independently and in multidisciplinary, cross‑country teams.
Desired:
- Fluency in Italian and proficiency in English; additional European languages a plus.
- Willingness to travel at least 50% of the time.
