GFT is seeking an Application Service Manager for key projects related to Application Development and Maintenance within the Financial Services sector.
This strategic role involves acting as a consultant to clients, enhancing service effectiveness and efficiency, designing new processes and solutions using Best Practices, and managing resources and vendors.
Main responsibilities include :
- Monitoring SLAs and managing escalation procedures
- Strengthening client relationships and assessing satisfaction
- Contract Management
- Account Planning and Demand Management
- Launching complex internal projects
- Managing internal resources, serving as a Mentor and Coach
- Managing vendors and third parties
- Defining and monitoring KPIs
- Evolving internal systems and reporting
