Job Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic and skilled Application and Infrastructure Service Engineer to join our team and play a critical role in the management of infrastructure, systems, and applications, ensuring the highest quality of service for our clients. In this position, you’ll work closely with operations, system engineering, developers, suppliers, and clients, contributing directly to our ongoing projects and initiatives. This is a unique opportunity to make a significant impact within an organization that values growth, teamwork, and professional development.


Who You Are:

You are a System Administrator with good knowledge of both Linux (Ubuntu, CentOS) and Windows environments, capable of working with virtualization and cloud platforms. You have a solid understanding of key networking and security concepts, and you are comfortable working with scripts and applications. You thrive in dynamic environments, enjoy solving complex problems, learning new skills, and working with other teams to deliver reliable and efficient solutions.


What You’ll Do:

  • Manage internal infrastructure and applications
  • Deploy and maintain servers and tools
  • Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure and services issues.
  • Document activities, procedures, new deployments.
  • Manage virtualization systems.
  • Monitor and optimize services and infrastructure.
  • Collaborate with engineers, developers, operators.
  • Upgrade systems and apply security patch.


What You’ll Need:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science Engineering, Business, Digital Transformation, or a related field
  • Experience with Unix-based computer operating systems (Ubuntu, Centos)
  • Experience of Microsoft Windows Server
  • Experience of Virtualization environment like VMWare or KVM
  • Knowledge of backup systems such as Veeam or Bacula
  • Proven experience in digital customer experience management, IT services, or a similar role will be a plus
  • Strong knowledge of networking fundamentals, including IP addressing, subnetting, VLANs, and related concepts.
  • Strong understanding of digital technologies, customer journey mapping, and IT service management (ITSM)
  • Knowledge with Salseforce CRM, automation tools, and analytics platforms will be a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and project management skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to bridge technical and business perspectives.
  • Knowledge of standard business software (spreadsheets, word processing, presentations)
  • Experience in scripting and programming languages (e.g. Python, Perl, Bash, Java).
  • Knowledge with API testing (REST, SOAP) will be a plus
  • Experience with DB (MySQL), the knowledge of Clickhouse will be a plus
  • Knowledge of automation (Jenkins/Ansible) and version control systems (Git) will be a plus
  • Knowledge of cloud environments such as AWS and Azure.
  • Fluent in English language, detail-oriented with interpersonal and organizational skills. Knowledge of French language is a preferable asset
