Who We Are
We are searching for a highly engaged Application Engineer (Java & AWS) to join a key project that provides a centralized vehicle image repository used by multiple downstream systems. Our mission is to deliver high‑quality, consistent image data to ensure premium vehicle presentation across a large ecosystem of applications.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Designing, implementing, and maintaining AWS-based infrastructure (EC2, Load Balancers, S3, DynamoDB, Lambda)
- Developing and maintaining Infrastructure as Code with Terraform
- Contributing to backend development using Java (Quarkus) and Python
- Ensuring platform availability, performance, scalability, and security
- Implementing and optimizing CI/CD pipelines and DevOps best practices
- Monitoring, troubleshooting, and resolving production issues under strict SLAs
- Participating in the on‑call rotation to ensure operational stability
- Working closely with developers, architects, and stakeholders to improve deployment and operational workflows
- Driving automation initiatives to reduce manual effort and increase reliability
- Supporting continuous improvement of system architecture and operational excellence
- (Nice to have) Contributing to frontend‑related tasks using Angular, LitElements, or Vue.js
What You’ll Bring Along
- Bachelor’s degree in Informatics or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience
- Solid hands‑on experience with core AWS services (EC2, Load Balancers, S3, DynamoDB, Lambda)
- Strong experience with Terraform and Infrastructure as Code methodologies
- Backend development skills in Java (preferably with Quarkus) and Python
- Proven experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD, monitoring, and cloud‑native architectures
- Experience supporting production environments with strict SLAs
- Availability to participate in on‑call rotations
- (Nice to have) Knowledge of modern frontend technologies (Angular, LitElements, Vue.js)
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem‑solving skills
- Excellent English communication skills, written and spoken
- Ability to document solutions clearly and collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams
