To strengthen our team in Italy, we are looking for a full‑time Application Engineer (f/m/d) to join us at the earliest possible date.

Responsibilities
- Project management work, workshops and training at our national and international customers for our specific software solutions ZUKEN CR /DR-CR
- Active participation in the requirements and process analysis as well as documentation of the implementation
- Configuration of the ZUKEN solution according to customer requirements
- Development and implementation of customer‑specific test concepts and plans
- Commissioning of our software and database solutions according to customer requirements
- Processing of technical support requests in the area of ZUKEN solutions
Qualifications
- Successfully completed studies in business informatics/ computer science or training as a technician in electrical engineering or IT specialist or equivalent
- Understanding of electronic project development, including electrical schematic drafting, PCB layout design, and knowledge of PCB manufacturing and electronic assembly processes
- Basic knowledge of SQL databases and data management systems and their integration into the PDM/PLM/ERP environment
- Familiar with MS-Office
- Knowledge of software programming languages desirable.
- High level of personal responsibility
- Good communication skills in Italian and English – Basic knowledge of German would be an advantage
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work in a team on a national and international level
- Structured and systematic approachWillingness to travel to customers in Italy and abroad.
