We are looking for new graduates to participate in our Program. This apprenticeship program will give you the opportunity to practice your knowledge and acquire skills through real working experience. It is open to recent graduates from different disciplines and covers a wide range of roles.

We are looking for one Application Engineer in Italy, Piemonte for our Paper Division (Clienti Cartiere nell'area del Piemonte).

How You’ll Make An Impact

  • Based on the customer’s site you will provide technical support; identifying and resolving customer pain points, escalating as required.
  • Engage in problem solving by performing system analysis, interpreting data and providing written recommendations to ensure customer operations are performing at optimal levels.
  • Support services include: Sample testing, light maintenance, customer service, service report generation, chemical ordering, chemical inventory management, general labor activities.
  • Actively support Nalco Champion innovations and technology in the strategic district accounts where you provide service support to other District Sales Representatives.
  • Travel within assigned sales territory.
  • Responsible for coordination and technical troubleshooting jobs.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or related.
  • Fluent English.
  • Italian mother tongue.
  • Valid Driver’s License.
  • Organizational and communication skills.
  • Customer focus.
