Appian Developer

Job description

We are looking for a middle-senior Appian Developer to join our team in Rome (hybrid model – 2 days per week on-site) . You will play a key role in designing, developing, and delivering Appian-based applications for our clients, ensuring high-quality standards and contributing to digital transformation initiatives.

Your missions

• Design, develop, and implement solutions using Appian BPM platform .
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements.
• Create technical documentation, workflows, and integrations with external systems.
• Ensure the quality, scalability, and performance of applications.
• Provide support, troubleshooting, and enhancements to existing solutions.
• Contribute to best practices, coding standards, and knowledge sharing within the team.

Your profile

• 3+ years of experience as an Appian Developer .
• Strong knowledge of Appian SAIL, Process Models, Records, and Data Management .
• Experience with integration (REST, SOAP, Web APIs, databases).
• Proficiency in English (mandatory) , and Italian.
• Good problem-solving skills and ability to work in a collaborative, multicultural environment.
• Appian certification(s) are a strong advantage.
