Job Description

DXC Technology is looking for a Project Manager with experience in the Public Sector Industry to join the Analytics Service Line.

DXC Analytics focuses on providing innovative solutions and high value in areas such as Analytics Solutions and Services, Big Data Platforms, Information Governance, Business Intelligence & Data Management, Artificial Intelligence, and IoT Analytics.

Job Responsibilities

• Leads the technical team or contributes to delivery activities during design, development, and maintenance of solutions.
• Identifies customer needs, translates them into requirements, and supports upselling and business development on new and existing contracts.
• Delivers business value to customers using project management and technical skills.
• Drives business development and upselling in Analytics, with a strong focus on the Public Sector Industry.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Mathematical Engineering, Management Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, or Economics.
• At least 10 years of professional experience in Business Intelligence or Big Data projects as a Project Manager.
• Proven experience in effective team management and managing distributed teams in international contexts.
• Ability to interact with and establish good relationships with customers in an international environment.
• Strong experience in the Public Sector area.
• Technical skills include data modeling, experience with major RDBMS, and knowledge of Big Data and Cloud Architecture is appreciated.
• Excellent relational skills, problem-solving, critical thinking, and data analysis abilities.
• Proactive, team-oriented, goal-focused, detail-oriented, and quality-conscious.
• Proficient in English (oral and written) and available to travel.
