What We’re Looking For

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Business, Economics, Finance, or similar
• Recent graduates or students at their last year of Master's
• Mindset: Eager to learn, open to feedback, and resilient under pressure
• Analytical skills: Able to analyze data accurately and extract meaningful insights
• Communication & Tools: Strong writing and presentation skills; proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
• Organization: Reliable in managing deadlines and supporting team deliverables
• Languages: Fluent in English (B2+) and the local office language

What You’ll Do

• Project Delivery : Help define business requirements, track project activities, and support test documentation
• Client Interaction : Coordinate meetings, prepare clear materials, and support leadership in key updates
• Stakeholder Engagement : Build strong working relationships with client teams
• Research & Thought Leadership: Contribute to industry articles and market insight development
