We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Real Estate Investment Analyst to join our dynamic team. This opportunity offers a unique opportunity to gain hands‑on experience in the real estate investment sector, working closely with experienced professionals and contributing to significant projects.
Key responsibilities
Market Research and Analysis: Conduct detailed market research to identify potential investment opportunities. Analyze market trends, property values, and economic factors affecting the real estate market. Financial Modeling: Be in charge of creating and updating financial models to evaluate the performance of potential and existing investments. Analyze cash flow projections, ROI, and other financial metrics. Due Diligence: Support the due diligence process by gathering and organizing property information, performing site visits, and reviewing legal documents and contracts. Report Preparation: Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management and investors. Summarize findings from market research, financial analysis, and due diligence activities. Database Management: Maintain and update databases of property listings, market data, and investment opportunities. Ensure accuracy and completeness of all data. Team Collaboration: Work closely with investment managers, analysts, and other team members on various projects. Provide support in project coordination and management.
Education, skills, and experience required
Career: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in real estate investment analysis or a related field (sectors such as: financial, top consulting firms, real estate, private equity). Education: Excellent academic background in Finance, Economics, or Management. Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make sound recommendations. Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Experience with financial modelling software and real estate databases is a plus. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to present complex information clearly and concisely. Fluency in English, spoken and written is mandatory. Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Passion for Real Estate: Demonstrated interest in real estate investment and markets.
