Analyst – Energy & Infrastructure (1–2 Years of Experience)
We are looking for a highly motivatedAnalystto join our team inMilan, focusing onEnergy & Infrastructure transactionsacrossM&A, equity and project finance.
The role offers exposure to a broad range ofenergy transition and infrastructure investments, including renewable energy, energy efficiency, utilities, and strategic infrastructure assets.
The successful candidate will support bothorigination and execution activities, working closely with senior professionals across the full transaction lifecycle.
- Financial Modelling :develop and maintain complex financial models to support valuation and transaction structuring, includingDCF, LBO, project finance models and other advanced analytical frameworks.
- Presentations & Marketing Materials :prepare high-quality client materials such aspitch books, Information Memoranda, Management Presentations and strategic analyses, ensuring all materials are accurate, insightful and compelling.
- Deal Execution : Support senior team members in managingend-to-end transaction processes, from origination and teaser preparation todue diligence, structuring and closing.
Experience, Skills and Competencies Required
- Prior experience within atop-tier corporate finance advisory firm or investment bank
- 1–2 years of professional experience in the Energy & Infrastructure sector
- Strong expertise infinancial modelling and valuation analysis
- Excellent analytical, quantitative and presentation skillsDegree from atop-tier business school
