Analyst – Energy & Infrastructure (1–2 Years of Experience)
We are looking for a highly motivated Analyst to join our team in Milan, focusing on Energy & Infrastructure transactions across M&A, equity and project finance.
The role offers exposure to a broad range of energy transition and infrastructure investments, including renewable energy, energy efficiency, utilities, and strategic infrastructure assets.
The successful candidate will support both origination and execution activities, working closely with senior professionals across the full transaction lifecycle.
Main tasks
- Financial Modelling : develop and maintain complex financial models to support valuation and transaction structuring, including DCF, LBO, project finance models and other advanced analytical frameworks.
- Presentations & Marketing Materials : prepare high-quality client materials such as pitch books, Information Memoranda, Management Presentations and strategic analyses, ensuring all materials are accurate, insightful and compelling.
- Deal Execution : Support senior team members in managing end-to-end transaction processes, from origination and teaser preparation to due diligence, structuring and closing.
Experience, Skills and Competencies Required
- Prior experience within a top-tier corporate finance advisory firm or investment bank
- 1–2 years of professional experience in the Energy & Infrastructure sector
- Strong expertise in financial modelling and valuation analysis
- Excellent analytical, quantitative and presentation skills
- Fluent in English
- Degree from a top-tier business school
