As an Analyst Delivery Speed, you will define Europe-wide delivery speed strategy and drive measurable improvements in customer experience. You'll combine deep data insights with cross-functional collaboration to influence roadmaps and pilot new solutions. You will report progress to senior leadership and help scale successful pilots into sustainable programs. • Define the overall delivery speed strategy across Europe in collaboration with partner teams
• Lead 60/40 analysis and stakeholder/project management to identify opportunities and drive roadmaps
• Design and launch pilots for complex opportunities and build scalable business cases with benefits, bottlenecks, risks, and resources
• Collaborate with software developers and research scientists on algorithmic opportunities
• Lead regular business reviews with partner teams and consolidate progress into concise data-driven updates
• Own reporting to Amazon senior leadership (VP-level)
• Deep-dive into large-scale data (>10TB) with SQL to uncover actionable insights
• Use data to monitor supply chain behavior and automate identification of improvement opportunities
• Bachelor's degree in Math, Engineering, Science or Business
• Experience in an analytical field
• Ability to lead and structure projects while coordinating with internal partners amid competing priorities
• Strong oral and written communication skills, with ability to synthesize complex issues
