Analyst Corporate Sector Lending

Job Description

Support the execution and management of corporate sector lending transactions across the full transaction lifecycle, ensuring high‑quality analysis, documentation, and collaboration with internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Active involvement in live transactions throughout the entire transaction cycle.

• Assist in the execution of corporate lending transactions under supervision, depending on complexity.

• Monitor and review the existing portfolio, ensuring compliance and risk management standards.

• Develop and review financial models, including sensitivity analysis.

• Running internal models including risk ratings and loan pricing, and interfacing with risk management to establish the appropriate internal risk rating.

• Draft internal memos and marketing materials forQt clients.

• Prepare industry and peer group analysis to support decision‑making.

• Draft and review credit analyses and applications and defend credit requests for approval to relevant mandate holders, in line with internal policies.

• Collaborate closely with credit risk management, account managers, syndications, and capital markets teams.

• Participate in meetings and calls with clients and advisors, including transaction‑related due diligence.
