SherpaCare · Alto, Piemonte, Italia · · 50€ - 70€

Descrizione dell'offerta

We are looking for a CEO to scale an innovative healthcare startup in Italy. Today there are about 10 million chronic patients in Italy, with increasing multi-pathology cases. 30-50% of them do not adhere to prescribed therapies, generating about €2 BN yearly costs for the NHS.

We are on a mission to build a next-generation healthcare platform focused on improving therapeutic adherence and simplifying patient journeys. The company is already operational and currently running pilot activities. We have invested over €350 k internally to develop the platform, secure IP and prepare the product for industrialization.

We are now entering the next phase: scaling operations across Italy, expanding the team and launching commercially. Therefore we are looking for a strong operational and commercial leader to drive the scale-up phase and act as an external interface for investors and the broader community.

  • Italian-based, fluent in English.
  • Proven experience scaling startups or high-growth businesses.
  • Experience in healthcare, digital health, pharma services and/or e-commerce operations.
  • Experience in business development and go-to-market execution.
  • Experience in team building and operational scaling.
  • Experience fundraising and investor relations is highly valued.
  • Hands-on builder capable of transforming a validated concept into a nationally scaled healthcare platform.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the company’s growth strategy and go-to-market plan.
  • Lead commercial expansion across Italy.
  • Oversee production and launch of the proprietary device.
  • Build and scale the organization and operational structure.
  • Manage fundraising activities and investor relationships.
  • Develop strategic partnerships across healthcare ecosystems.

Benefits

  • CEO role with significant ownership and impact.
  • Meaningful equity package (to be defined).
  • Opportunity to lead a scalable platform addressing a critical pain point of the Italian healthcare system: lack of therapeutic adherence.
  • Existing operational foundation, IP and early market validation.
