AMC Milan Clinic Manager

American Medical Centers (AMC) is seeking a highly motivated Project Manager / Clinic Manager to lead our Milan development and drive the expansion of our AMC clinic operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the Milan Clinic project from conception to completion. This role requires excellent organizational skills, initiative, leadership, and the ability to organize one’s own time.

Key Responsibilities:

•⁠ ⁠Develop a comprehensive project plan outlining key timelines, resources, and budget requirements for entity setup and clinic expansion.

•⁠ ⁠Monitor progress, identify potential risks, and implement actions to keep the project on track. 

•⁠ ⁠Collaborate closely with the Regional Director and/or AMC President or his designee to provide regular updates on project status, challenges, and opportunities.

•⁠ ⁠Develop and manage the project budget, ensuring all expenses are within approved limits.

•⁠ ⁠Collaborate with group management to facilitate clinic registration, permits, licenses and other necessary documentation.

•⁠ ⁠Establish relationships with target B2B and B2C clients, insurance companies and referral clinics to negotiate contracts and agreements that enable smooth patient referrals and insurance billing processes.

•⁠ ⁠Oversee daily clinic operations, including patient scheduling, staff management, and quality assurance.

•⁠ ⁠Monitor patient visits, feedback, and satisfaction levels to improve services and address any concerns continuously. 

•⁠ ⁠Meet marketing and sales objectives and assess new business opportunities for the company

•⁠ Build and maintain key client and partner relationships
