Job Summary:

The Equipment Operator is responsible for delivering safe, efficient, and reliable service delivery to customers. The Equipment Operator identifies opportunities to improve service delivery and assists field and maintenance crews with preparing equipment for operations.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Ensure job deliverables are accurate and delivered on time on wellsite
• Hands on Work
• Attending pre-job planning meetings, preparing for and supervising the technical service of equipment
• Maintain good, safe working order of equipment according to standards, reporting problems or deviations
• Monitor ESP parameter trends and perform ESP restart procedures
• Perform commissioning and start-ups of Variable Speed Drives (VSD) to ensure reliability and performance
• Maintain the required safety training. Wear PPE and observe HSE policies.
• Following procedures for quality control and providing suggestions for improvement
• Keeping accurate records of all work performed to ensure documentation is updated
• Providing daily morning report and attend morning meeting with the customer

Requirements:

• Technical or O&G background (or a closely related field)
• 3+ years of experience in ESP field or similar
• experience in performing downhole and troubleshooting ESP System in the field
• Teamwork and communication skills
• Native or fluent Italian language and good level of English (written and spoken).
• Flexibility to travel as per business needs.
• A proactive, can-do attitude with excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• The right to work in Italy
