Randstad Italia S.p.A., divisione Delivery Center Permanent, is hiring for an Allievo Responsabile di Reparto for a market‑leading client with supermarkets across Italy. The position is based in Parma, with full‑time, 40‑hour shifts that include flexible days from Monday to Sunday.

Work hours: Full‑time, 40 hours per week, flexible shifts Monday‑Sunday
Contract: 12‑month fixed‑term leading to permanent employment
Pay: €22,000 – €28,000 per year (RAL 25,100 € IV level of the CCNL Distribuzione Moderna Organizzata)
Training: Comprehensive theoretical and practical training to prepare for the role and build a career path
Responsibilities The Allievo Responsabile di Reparto will manage store operations at a single point of sale, ensuring high customer service standards, coordinating team activities, and supporting logistical functions as needed. The role requires flexibility to work at other nearby sites (within 25 km) and on weekends, public holidays, and during flexible shifts.
Qualifications
Diploma of secondary school or university degree (a high‑school diploma with significant experience may also be considered)
Previous experience in customer‑facing roles (retail, GDO, hospitality) or logistics, even brief
Strong customer orientation, listening and mediation skills
Teamwork and leadership potential
Motivation to grow professionally and tackle new challenges with curiosity and determination
Excellent analytic, decision‑making, and problem‑solving abilities
Additional Requirements
Ability to work at other sites within 25 km of Parma
Maximum flexibility and willingness to work shifts, weekends and public holidays
