All Rounder and Cook

We are a holiday resort with 9 bungalows, a swimming pool, and a bar and restaurant that serve both resort guests and the public.
We are looking for 2 persons (or possibly more depending on the season).
- Cook and all-rounder
We seek an all-rounder who is a passionate cook and also handles serving and guest check-in.
This role resembles a resort manager who understands the hospitality business.
- Mise en place: prepare and organize before opening
- Serve and assist in the kitchen, maintain cleanliness of the terrace and pool area, manage guest transport via golf cart, and act as a contact person for guests.
The job requires a minimum of 6 days per week (7 days during high season in July and August).
The resort operates from 9:00 to 22:00.
- Language requirements: at least one candidate should speak Italian, both should speak English, and French would be advantageous due to proximity to France (Menton).
Driving license is required for tasks such as grocery shopping.

Job details:
- Full-time, Contract, Permanent, with a duration of 4 months
- Salary: €1,500 - €2,000 per month
Relocation:
- Located at 18039 Ventimiglia, IM. Reliable commuting or planning to relocate before starting work preferred.
Application questions:
- Must be an all-rounder, available to work during high season hours (8:00 to 22:00), though not necessarily working all those hours.
- Language requirements: Italian preferred.
License/Certifications:
- HACCP certification preferred.
