English CV Please! We are seeking to hire a Compliance Manager who will have overall responsibility for supporting various regulatory compliance initiatives, focusing on marketplace compliance of the Alibaba.com global e-commerce platform. The key responsibilities include:

1. Designing and implementing policies and processes to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal standards for Alibaba.com's marketplace operations;
2. Monitoring and testing compliance and data quality, including reporting to regulatory bodies and partners;
3. Conducting periodic risk assessments to ensure program effectiveness and mitigate risks through continuous improvements;
4. Establishing SOPs for regulatory engagement and leading interactions with regulators;
5. Collaborating with Legal, Risks, Technology, and other teams to advise on business operations, compliance, and regulatory strategies;
6. Managing incidents related to regulatory investigations and inspections;
7. Providing training on compliance issues and regulatory developments;
8. Developing legal tools, policies, and a knowhow database.

Qualifications include:

1. 10-15 years of relevant marketplace compliance experience, especially in international trade services;
2. Extensive experience engaging with European regulators;
3. Proven track record in compliance matters;
4. Strong systematic thinking and program-building skills;
5. Experience in the internet sector, legal practice in top-tier firms, or regulatory organizations;
6. Experience in fintech, e-commerce, or cross-border trade preferred;
7. Proficiency in English and Mandarin;
8. Motivated, independent, and capable of working under pressure in a startup environment;
9. Interest in technology, innovation, and business with a solid compliance or legal foundation;
10. High integrity, collaborative spirit, and openness to international travel.
