Your Role: Curator of the In‑Flight Experience

This is a position of trust and meticulous care. You will be the sole architect of the cabin environment, transforming each flight into a seamless, five‑star experience and ensuring our principal families and charter guests encounter nothing but impeccable service and flawless attention.

A Glimpse Into Your Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for all cabin‑related matters, from initial menu planning and catering coordination to the final presentation of amenities.
• Deliver a refined, anticipatory in‑flight service that includes gourmet meal service, bespoke beverage offerings, and assistance with cabin entertainment systems.
• Personally prepare, maintain, and manage the cabin environment to ensure it is pristine, welcoming, and perfectly stocked before each departure.
• Oversee all inventory management, from fine china and linens to premium pantry supplies, ensuring both quality and cost‑efficiency.

To Be Successful, You Will Possess

• A minimum of five years of dedicated experience in corporate aviation, specifically working directly with aircraft owners' families and on high‑end charter operations.
• A formal background in luxury service, demonstrated by a diploma from a recognized hospitality, culinary, or restaurant management school (or equivalent proven experience).
• Complete professional fluency in English; conversational ability in French and/or Italian is a significant advantage.
• A naturally discreet, flexible, and impeccably organized approach to your work.
• A sharp eye for detail and the ability to react calmly and efficiently to evolving situations and high‑expectation clients.
