Selected candidates will represent our company and the airlines we manage, contributing to a professional and welcoming airport environment.Contract TypeFull-time employmentShift-based schedule, including weekends and holidays (standard in the aviation sector)WorkplaceVerona Valerio Catullo Airport (VRN)New dedicated office within the terminal area.Main ResponsibilitiesProviding high-quality customer service at the airport ticketing desk Issuing, modifying, and refunding airline tickets Supporting passengers with travel information and requests Assisting with flight operations and supervision Coordinating with ground handlers, crew members, and airport authorities Monitoring flight status, documentation, and airline procedures Ensuring smooth and timely aircraft turnaround operations Representing Edograf Helpfly Intl Group and partner airlines professionally at all timesMain Requirements xdwybme Good command of the English language (spoken and written) Strong communication skills and customer-oriented mindset Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment Flexibility, punctuality, and a positive attitude Teamwork mindset and sense of responsibility Good problem-solving abilities and attention to detail Willingness to learn and grow within the aviation industry Preferred Qualifications (Not Mandatory)Knowledge of second languagePrevious experience in: The tourism/travel industry, Airport environments, Customer service roles
