Your Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service to Italian-speaking airline clients through various communication channels
- Assist customers with inquiries related to bookings, cancellations, and travel changes
- Collaborate with airline teams to resolve customer issues effectively and efficiently
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor during all customer interactions
- Participate in training sessions to enhance your knowledge of airline policies and procedures
What We’re Looking For
- Fluency in Italian (both written and spoken) is essential
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in customer service, preferably in the airline industry
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
- Willingness to relocate to Greece for this exciting opportunity
