AI x Automation Workflow Analyst
Location : Remote (AI Lab access in Milan)
Type : Freelance / Project-Based (with potential long-term collaboration)
About the Role
We are looking for a highly skilled freelance AI x Automation Workflow Analyst to design and implement an advanced agent-based automation infrastructure for our company.
The objective is to set up and orchestrate an AI ecosystem (Claude or equivalent LLM-based architecture) powered by specialized agents capable of executing high-impact business tasks autonomously. This is not a generic automation role — we are looking for someone who can architect, build, and operationalize a scalable AI system that integrates data sourcing, outreach, and content production into a coherent workflow.
We operate fully remotely . However, we have recently opened a dedicated AI Lab in Milan designed for masterclasses, client meetings, and deep work sessions. The space can be used full-time if needed to design and deploy this automation infrastructure.
What You Will Do
Design and deploy an agent-based AI architecture using Claude or comparable LLM frameworks.
Build automated scraping systems to identify startups within specific technology verticals based on defined criteria.
Create intelligent qualification pipelines to filter and structure scraped data.
Develop AI agents capable of performing outreach activities via email and WhatsApp, including personalization and sequencing logic.
Implement marketing-content generation workflows (email campaigns, landing page copy, social content, investor-facing materials).
Connect APIs, CRM systems, messaging platforms, and internal tools into a unified automation pipeline.
Define monitoring, logging, and control layers to ensure reliability, compliance, and performance.
Optimize prompts, memory systems, and agent coordination for scalability and efficiency.
Document the architecture and ensure knowledge transfer to the internal team.
What We Are Looking For
Proven experience building agent-based AI systems or advanced LLM automation workflows.
Strong understanding of Claude, OpenAI APIs, or similar LLM ecosystems.
Experience with scraping frameworks, data pipelines, and API integrations.
Background in automation tools, orchestration frameworks, or custom agent infrastructures.
Ability to translate business objectives into technical AI architectures.
Entrepreneurial mindset and comfort operating in high-autonomy environments.
Strong documentation and system-structuring discipline.
Nice to Have
Experience with CRM integrations and outbound growth automation.
Familiarity with compliance considerations in outreach automation.
Previous experience building internal AI infrastructures for startups or growth-stage companies.
