We're Hiring: AI Visual Creator (Fashion) — Remote | Milan-Based

Laboosh ™  is a premium fashion brand building a bold visual identity through high-quality imagery, campaigns, and digital content — and we're growing our creative team.

We're looking for an AI Visual Creator  based in Milan (or surrounding areas) who lives at the intersection of fashion, design, and AI technology. If you're someone who can produce visuals so polished they're indistinguishable from a traditional shoot, we want to hear from you.

This is a fully remote  position.

What You'll Be Doing

You'll be responsible for creating the visual world of Laboosh™ — from campaign imagery to product visuals to editorial content. Day to day, that means producing realistic campaign and marketing visuals, creating product imagery with precise textures and lighting, developing AI-driven editorial and lifestyle content, supporting video and motion-based projects, executing retouching and compositing at fashion-industry standard, and ensuring visual consistency across everything the brand puts out.

What We're Looking For

This role requires real fashion experience — not just AI skills in isolation. You should bring proven experience with high-end fashion brands (campaigns, product imagery, lookbooks, editorial), advanced Photoshop and retouching ability at a professional level, demonstrated use of AI tools integrated into visual workflows, and the ability to produce highly realistic output that meets fashion-industry standards.

Your portfolio should include campaign work, product photography, and lookbook or editorial projects — fashion work only, please.

This Role Isn't the Right Fit If

You haven't worked with fashion brands directly, your experience doesn't include campaigns or lookbooks, you use Photoshop without AI workflows, or your output doesn't yet meet the realism bar of professional fashion imagery. No hard feelings — we'd just be wasting each other's time.
