In this role you drive AI transformation across Avnet, turning AI opportunities into measurable business value. You collaborate with business and tech teams to define and deliver AI-enabled solutions and governance. You help scale responsible AI adoption while growing into enterprise AI leadership. This is a hands‑on, cross‑functional role with impact across processes, governance, and stakeholder enablement.

• Identify, assess, and prioritise AI opportunities to improve processes, efficiency, decision‑making, and customer value.
• Partner with business functions to analyse end‑to‑end processes and translate needs into AI‑enabled solutions.
• Develop AI business cases, define success metrics, and track value realization.
• Collaborate with data, technology, and business teams from concept to adoption.
• Facilitate workshops, gather requirements, and support prioritisation and execution of AI initiatives.
• Promote adoption of AI‑enabled ways of working through stakeholder engagement and change management.
• Ensure AI initiatives align with responsible AI, governance standards, data privacy, and policies.
• Stay informed on AI technologies and best practices to identify new opportunities.
• Contribute to the development of AI transformation capabilities and governance framework.

Responsabilità

• University degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Business Informatics, Engineering, Business Administration, or related discipline.
• A few years of experience in AI, analytics, digital transformation, consulting, product management, or related transformation roles.
• Experience supporting AI, automation, or data‑driven initiatives in a business environment (B2B or complex enterprises).
• Fluency in English; German a plus.
