About the Role
We’re looking for an AI Transformation Consultant to guide organisations through the adoption and integration of AI across their operations.
You’ll work with business leaders and technical teams to identify high-impact use cases, define AI strategies, and ensure successful implementation — from early exploration through to scalable, company-wide deployment.
This role is ideal for professionals who combine strong business acumen with a practical understanding of AI capabilities and implementation.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and prioritise AI use cases across business functions (operations, HR, finance, customer support)
- Define and deliver AI transformation roadmaps
- Bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams
- Support the design and rollout of AI-driven processes and workflows
- Guide organisations on tool selection, implementation, and adoption
- Ensure alignment with data governance, compliance, and risk frameworks
- Drive change management and internal AI adoption
Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years experience in consulting, digital transformation, or technology strategy
- Strong understanding of AI use cases and business applications
- Experience delivering end-to-end transformation projects
- Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Nice to Have
- Experience with AI tools, automation platforms, or data-driven systems
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and enterprise architectures
- Understanding of EU AI Act, GDPR, and AI governance frameworks
- Experience working with mid-size or enterprise organisations
